NECA appointed Steve to adjudicate two payment claim disputes between a switchboard manufacturer and his client.
Steve gave the parties the opportunity to resolve the matter by mutual consent in order to minimise the costs and enable them to work together in future. The parties were not able to resolve the matters and so Steve determined the two disputes in accordance with the Act, despite the absenmce of any submission from the Respondent.
